1. Purpose

Poster Upscale AI is an online service that prepares AI-generated images for printing and produces print-ready 300 DPI PDF/PNG files.

2. Account & credits

Using the service consumes credits depending on the chosen format. Subscriptions renew automatically each month and credits reset on renewal. Top-up credits remain valid as long as your subscription stays active.

3. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of your images. You warrant that you hold the rights necessary for any image you upload. Poster Upscale AI claims no rights on processed files.

4. Privacy

Source images and exports are deleted from our servers shortly after generation. See our privacy policy.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". MB Media Group Sàrl cannot be held liable for the print quality delivered by a third-party printer.

6. Governing law

Swiss law. Competent courts: Sion (VS), Switzerland.
