Why do Printful or Gelato reject some AI artwork?+
Because the file doesn't have enough usable resolution for the requested size. A pretty web image isn't always a printable file.
Do you produce a real print-ready file?+
Yes. The final render is exported at the right size with detail tuned for printing, in PDF and PNG.
Is it useful for Etsy?+
Yes. That's exactly the goal: turn AI images into vintage posters ready to sell and print.
What image formats can I send?+
PNG, JPG and WEBP. Current max size is 25 MB.
Are my files stored?+
No. The source file and the exports are deleted after generation.
How do credits work?+
A4 = 1 credit, A3 = 2, A2 = 3, A1 = 7, custom = 10. Credits scale with output size to keep pricing fair.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, anytime from your account.
