Refund Policy

Our service processes your order immediately, so consumed credits are generally non-refundable.

Technical failures

If an upscale fails for a technical reason on our side, credits are not debited (atomic check). In case of an incident, contact us and we will restore the credits within 48 hours.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time from your "My account" area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no pro-rata refund.
